Senior Rugby at HRS

Hastings Rugby and Sports Club fields a number of senior rugby teams each year competing in Hawke’s Bay Club Rugby and national competitions such as the New Zealand Marist Spillane.

For the 2026 season, we currently have a Premier (First Division) and Development (Second Devision) side.

Historically, the club aims each year to field a Men’s Premier, Women’s Premier, Men’s Development, Men’s Senior 3s, and Men’s U85kg Team.

How do I sign up?

All rugby participants are required to register into the national rugby database through Rugby Xplorer for the 2026 season onwards. Please see the above registration section for more info.
